File Handling & Retention

Files are processed automatically and stored temporarily to complete conversions.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless your plan specifies otherwise.

Intellectual Property

We own the service, software, branding, and related content. You retain ownership of your files. We only receive the limited rights needed to provide the service.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Free usage may be subject to limits such as file size, daily conversions, or feature availability.
• Paid subscriptions may include recurring fees and are billed according to the plan you select.
• API usage may be billed based on volume, credits, or usage tiers, as described in your plan.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds, if offered, are provided according to our published refund terms or applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or users. In serious cases, termination may be immediate and without notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conversion results may vary, and we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
